What products do you ship?
All products found on this website that are able to be added to your “Shopping Cart” are available to be shipped. Any products that are not available to be shipped can be purchased in-store.
What days do you ship?
Once you enter your shipping address on the cart or checkout, you will be presented with available delivery days for your location. These are subject to change, and you will be notified if your delivery date is changed. You may also view a table of delivery days and associated postcodes here.
What time do you ship?
There are two different delivery timeslots depending on your postcode and the day you’ve selected for delivery. The delivery times are either between 4am and 9am, or between 8am and 5pm. All goods are perishable, and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to place the goods in a refrigerated environment upon delivery.
Where do you ship to?
The areas that we ship to are subject to change due to demand. To find out if your location is available for delivery, enter your address details on the cart or checkout. If there are no shipping options available, this means that we do not ship to your location at this current point in time. You may also view a table of delivery days and associated postcodes here.
How do you ship?
All orders placed on this website are delivered by our own private delivery staff and delivery vehicles. Orders are packed in a box with an ice-pack and delivered between the hours of 4am and 9am, or 8am and 5pm depending on your selected delivery timeslot. What are your delivery rates?
Our standard delivery rates are $7 per delivery. If your order is over the value of $300, you will receive free delivery. These rates and thresholds are subject to change.
How do I track my delivery?
You will receive communication at 3 points throughout your order:
1. Once your order has been successfully submitted and your credit card authorised, you will receive an email.
2. After your order has been picked and your credit card authorisation captured (with any extra funds released) you will receive an email.
3. After your order has been delivered, you will receive an email.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes, you may submit a click-and-collect order. When entering your details in the checkout, you will be provided with an option to select “Pick-up.” Please make sure you bring in your order number when coming to collect your order.
