Retail Delivery Information
Standard Retail Home Delivery Changes:
- Home delivery isn’t available from Saturday 12th December to Sunday 17th January, inclusive. The last home delivery day is Friday 11th December, and deliveries start again on Monday 18th January.
- During this period, orders can be placed for pickup in-store only.

Standard Retail Home Delivery
Pricing:
- Minimum online order – $150
- Delivery fee – $10.00 up to 7km from our shop, or $20.00 up to 25km (driving distance)
- Free Delivery – Orders over $400.00
Timing:
Your order will be delivered in the selected timeslot and will need to be refrigerated as soon as possible to maintain freshness and quality.
- We deliver between 8am and 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
- Orders must be received by 12pm the day prior to delivery.
Delivery area:
- We deliver to addresses within a 25km drive of our shop at 2/11 Tumbi Creek Rd, Berkeley Vale.
- At checkout, start typing your address and pick it from the list. We’ll show you how far it is and the delivery fee before you pay.
- If we can’t find your address, delivery is $20.00 and we’ll ask you to give us a call to confirm it.
- Further than 25km? You’re welcome to order for pickup from our shop instead.
